Managing DVM
Dr. Brad Goff
Dr. Goff is a native Texan who came to love the mountains of Appalachia. He began his career as a reproductive physiologist working with beef cattle, graduated from Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine in 1991, and then focused exclusively on companion animal medicine. Dr. Goff has practiced as a veterinarian, owned and developed two hospitals in Fort Worth, Texas, and served as a multi-unit medical director managing a market of corporately owned hospitals on the West Coast. Now, back in the hospital as a managing veterinarian, Dr. Goff enjoys the challenge of complex medical cases and difficult surgeries.
Dr. Goff is married to Tracey, the practice manager at AVA West, and has 3 adult children. In his leisure time, he enjoys riding his motorcycle, playing fantasy football, and reading military history. Dr. Goff and Tracey have a blue heeler named Rousey, and their home is always full of cats, their own and the rescues they could not let go.
Dr. Goff joined AVA in May of 2022 as the managing veterinarian of both the West and South locations.
